RETURNS POLICY
Very few customers return products to us (although it can happen), however, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Selectgemstones. If, for any reason, we do not meet your expectations, we will gladly refund your purchase.  The returns procedure is as follows:

1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for return instructions (contact@selectgemstones.com.au) indicating the reason for the return.
2. All items must be returned, undamaged*, within 14 days of purchase. We are not able to reimburse you for return shipping charges*.
3. We will process a refund of your purchase, offer a credit or replacement subject to availability within 5 business days from the date the item is received by us.

*Items damaged during shipment: Contact us within 5 business days (contact@selectgemstones.com.au).  We will gladly replace the item for you or provide you with a full refund, including shipping charges.
